My yarn showed up in a crushed box, and the bag inside was split open too. I know shipping can be rough sometimes, but this felt like it wasn’t protected very well at all. For something like yarn, I really expect it to arrive clean and neatly packed, so I was disappointed with how careless the packaging looked.

I ordered a few yarns to Germany, and the shipping took way longer than I expected. Like I said, I knew it was coming from overseas, so I wasn’t expecting it overnight, but the tracking barely updated for days and I had no clue where my package actually was.
The yarn was totally fine once it finally arrived, so no complaints there. But like I said, the waiting and lack of clear shipping info made it frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d order internationally again.

The prices felt high for what I ended up getting. I was expecting a lot more for the money, so it was disappointing. I feel like an apology would be fair here because the experience just didn’t match the cost.

I was browsing yarn on Creative Yarn Source the site looks nice at first. The pages are clean enough, and I liked some of the yarn options, but the descriptions kind of lost me. They had information, but not really the details I actually needed, like clear yarn weight, texture, or what kinds of projects it would be best for. At the same time, maybe someone more experienced could figure it out just fine, but I didn’t want to sit there guessing. Buying yarn online is already a little tricky, so I was hoping for quick, simple details. I ended up liking the look of a few products but still leaving the site more confused than when I started

I saw a discount code listed on the site, so I figured I was getting a deal, but then it just wouldn’t apply at checkout. No explanation, no clear reason, nothing. The total ended up being way higher than I expected, and honestly… make it make sense. It felt like I wasted my time.

I had an issue with my yarn order and had to email them twice about it. They did end up sorting it out and sent the missing item, which I appreciated. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole thing felt a little slower than it probably needed to be. Overall, I’m glad it got fixed, I just wish the response time had been quicker...

I reached out twice and still never heard anything back!! Frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple response.

Am I the only one who had a tough time using this site? It was frustrating for me. Pages were loading slowly, the search results felt all over the place, and I kept losing track of what I’d clicked on. Even checkout wasn’t very clear. After a while, I just gave up and bought my yarn somewhere else.

My tracking was stuck on “label created” for days with no real scan after that. In my head, if there’s no scan, I just assume it hasn’t actually shipped, even if the order says it’s on the way. It was really frustrating not knowing whether my package was moving or just sitting somewhere. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I can’t really speak to the yarn itself since I didn’t get that far, but the shipping price alone was enough to turn me off. For something like this, I’d expect the cost to be shown more clearly earlier on, or at least some kind of discount or compensation to make up for how excessive it felt

The yarn colors were mostly what I expected from the pictures. One skein was a little darker than the others, but I figured there might be slight differences since photos and screens can make colors look a bit different. Overall, I’m happy with it

I checked the site because I’d seen a few patterns mentioned online and was hoping to grab a couple of them. The site itself looks nice and gives the impression that there’s a good range to choose from, but when I actually searched, most of what I wanted either wasn’t listed or showed as unavailable.
The search feature didn’t make things much easier either, which was frustrating. I can see the potential if they keep things better stocked and easier to find, but this time I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.

One of the colors ended up being sold out, but the rest of it shipped just fine. They got it out smoothly overall.
